Lamplighters Senior Citizens Inn consists of two horseshoe shaped senior apartment buildings and a recreation building that provides beautifully landscaped courtyards for walking, sitting, or “puttering” with plants.

It is in the “Rec Hall” that tenants come together over a cup of coffee, to visit, play cards, watch television, play video games, watch DVD movies, or enjoy other activities. Also located in this building are the managers’ office, library, game room, laundry room, exercise equipment, and kitchen.

Buildings have secured, locked entrances with visitor access provided through an intercom system.

Elevators and stairs provide quick and easy access to and from the 600 sq. ft., modern, one-bedroom apartments.  The apartments are adjacent to Coddingtown Center with numerous shops, restaurants, banking and library available.

Hallway handrails and bathroom grab-bars lend a helping hand when needed.  All senior apartments have independent heating and air conditioning.
